With this acquisition Clifton Automatic can now offer our customers more capabilities including Automation/Test equipment plus machining for US Defense parts, being that GLASi is A Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. We have recently purchased a new Tsugami CNC (Swiss) Precision Lathe to provide you with more Screw Machine capabilities.
Clifton Automatic's new tube cutting machines have expanded growth beyond expectations.
Clifton now has five new Automatic Sinico Tube Cutting Machines. The gains in productivity, efficiency and parts quality that these machines provide, have been the reason for our increased sales.
Our Precision Cut Tubing services for custom metal tube products ranges to 3-1/8 inches (80 mm) in diameter and lengths to 13 inches (330 mm).
In addition to cut tubing the machines can produce a variety of precision parts from bar stock for applications in the automotive, plastics, rubber, farm equipment, appliance and many other industries.
We also have 10 Multi-Spindle screw machines, giving us increased capacity to make 3/4 inch and 1-1/4 inch diameter turned parts.
