QUALITY POLICY

Clifton Automatic's Quality Policy is to produce precision machined products that consistently meet contract requirements. Our objective is to perform to this level for a further sixty years. In order to do so we must stay abreast of the latest management, manufacturing, and quality techniques and methodology. Our customers are continuously being challenged to provide better products and we want to continue to supply them with the products they require.

QUALITY OBJECTIVE

Clifton Automatic's Quality Objective is to have no products returned from our customers in a twelve month consecutive period. This applies not only to the product quality, but to all areas of our customers' contracts.

Clifton Automatic is very active in the Manufacturer's Association of Northwest Pennsylvania and the Precision Machined Parts Association. Both of these organizations provide training programs and seminars concerning quality, management, employee relations, and machining techniques. Employees are also sent venues for training and continuous education as they become available.

Clifton Automatic has been in business for over sixty years. It has passed customer audits and won awards from customers such as Lord Corporation, Johnson Controls, PHB Inc., Ensign Bickford and Werner Co.
